Bear Metal Works is looking for a Project manager and Engineer to head up our fabrication department. This candidate needs to have either metal working experience or in the construction field, management experience, fluent in AutoCad/SolidWorx and be able to use all Microsoft Office tools. We are looking for someone who is excited to design projects as well as be able to read blueprints and create shop drawings to run these jobs thru our shop. Field measurements and sketches will also be a priority. Be eager to work and build a career !
Bear Metal is looking to hire and train someone with interest in programming our Fiber Laser. We are looking for a motivated individual to fill a role in the coming months due to retirement. Our Amada Fiber Laser has its own software that our staff in house will train you on and/or we will send you for formal training. We would prefer someone with an experience in AutoCad/SolidWorx, some sheet metal experience and willing to keep up on machine maintenance. Our most important machine needs a lot of attention and we need someone motivated to keep things in order. We offer competitive pay, bonuses, 401k, health insurance, and time off.
