Heat Exchangers

To meet the exact specifications for a client in the heat exchanger industry, we make Demister plates by punching the required perforation pattern out of 14 gauge, 304 stainless steel, and bending the inner and outer shrouds around the bundle. We also produce perforated sheet metal for use as strainers, tube sheets and other critical parts.

Ratchet Jacks

For custom ratchet jacks, we start with Acme Threaded rods and nuts. Then, we add gears (which we cut with our water-jet) and clevises (which we machine and bend). Before shipping, we apply a clear zinc coating, and install the grease fittings. Of course, we also offer sandblasting, powder-coating and many other types of finishes, all produced to meet your exact specifications.

Safety Gates

A Canadian manufacturer needed safety rails installed so car carrier drivers could chain down cars without falling off the edge. Bear Metal Works fabricated 250 sets of handrail safety gates for use on their fleet. 

Angle Frames

We produced heavy-duty stands that support HVAC units outside a commercial building. With our 100-ton Ironworker and other equipment, we can make structural steel skids, handrails, bases and more.
